Overview
Shopping Rent a Car is a vehicle rental company in Ponta Grossa that needed a digital presence to present its plans and make it easy for clients to get in touch. The site organizes the available plans and directs interested users straight to WhatsApp with the pre-selected plan — reducing friction between intent and contact.
This was the first project built as an intern at Agência Ade! — a milestone that established SEO, performance, and responsiveness as a natural part of the development process, not afterthoughts.

Challenge
It was the first hands-on experience with API consumption. Integrating the front-end with WordPress as a CMS — fetching plan data and rendering it dynamically — required learning in practice how HTTP requests work and how to structure a component that depends on external data. Following the proposed design faithfully also presented a specific challenge: the carousels had behaviors still unfamiliar at the time, and understanding their classes and properties took time.

Solution
With guidance from colleagues Pedro, Victor, and Ramon, the WordPress API integration and carousel structure came together through hands-on practice. The project cemented the distinction between static and dynamic data, and established SEO and performance as a natural part of the development process.
